These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Plusace online gaming platform (the "Site") and the services offered through Plusace (the "Services"). Wagering must be conducted from funds that are present in your Player Account. After deposit, your total bets must exceed 100% of your deposit amount to be eligible for withdrawal; otherwise Plusace may deny withdrawal requests until the deposit criterion is satisfied. All wagering records maintained by Plusace are final and binding, subject to any contrary determination arising from a valid dispute or technical error.
Automatic playing of games through third-party software, manipulation of game data, or any form of interference with the Site or user accounts is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of deposits and prizes, and civil or criminal action as applicable. You waive any recourse against Plusace for such terminations, and you must promptly report any software errors or glitches to Plusace in writing so that corrective action can be considered.
Promotional offers and bonuses are promotional funds only and may be subject to wagering requirements as specified. Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement is 20 times (Deposit + Bonus). If a withdrawal is requested before meeting the applicable rollover, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited. Wager contributions by game type are as follows unless a specific promotion states otherwise: approximately 25% of roulette wagers and 50% of wagers on slots will count toward the wagering requirement. Where applicable, additional game-contribution rules stated in a promotion will apply and prevail over these defaults.
Plusace may request documentation to verify identity, age, residence and source of funds at any time. Acceptable documents may include government-issued ID, proof of address, payment method verification and other information reasonably requested. Failure to provide requested documents may result in restriction or withdrawal limitations, and Plusace reserves the right to void winnings where verification fails or is refused.
All deposits and withdrawals are subject to verification and security checks. Funds in your account may be held in a segregated client account separate from Plusace's own funds. Withdrawals are processed in accordance with Plusace's internal policies and applicable law. You may be required to provide evidence of source of funds prior to withdrawal. Plusace may impose limits on withdrawal amounts and may suspend a withdrawal pending verification or further information.
If you do not log in to your Plusace account for 365 consecutive days, the account will be regarded as Inactive. Plusace will notify you prior to such status and may apply an administration fee of 5.00 GBP per 30 days to the remaining Real Money balance until the balance becomes zero or reactivation occurs. You may request closure of your account at any time, subject to a 72-hour processing period after confirmation by Plusace Support. A closed account may be reopened upon request and in accordance with ongoing verification requirements.
Winnings may be subject to taxation in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for reporting winnings to the appropriate tax authorities and for any taxes payable on winnings. Plusace may report or withhold amounts from winnings to comply with legal requirements. Winnings may be withheld or forfeited if identity or other verification requirements are not met.
Plusace processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Customer funds are held in segregated client accounts, and Plusace will comply with applicable licensing and financial regulations. In the event of insolvency, customer funds held in segregated accounts are not guaranteed as a matter of law, and you should review the policy pertaining to funds protection under Plusace's licensing regime.
All disputes concerning accounts, wagers or transactions must be submitted in writing to Plusace Support with details of the issue and supporting documentation. Plusace will investigate disputes in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe. In case of disagreement with Plusace’s decision, you may pursue remedies under applicable consumer protection or gambling regulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plusace and its officers, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. You agree to indemnify Plusace against all claims, losses, damages and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
Plusace reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Revised terms shall become effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If a material change is made, Plusace may provide notice in the manner prescribed by applicable law.
These Terms and the relationship between you and Plusace are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Plusace is licensed and regulated. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Services shall be resolved by the competent courts in that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory local consumer protection rights.
